Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CHANDRAMA ART  we always believe in helping our customers in best possible ways and has therefore, a generous cancellation policy. 

Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request (cancellation) is made within 4 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and have initiated the process of shipping. 
  • There will be no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. 
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 8 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 

Refund Policy

Under this policy:

  • Our every Harmonica product is tested by the origin of the company and as the Harmonica is a wind instrument the Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded by any means but we are committed to give you the best after sales service/maintenance support.
  • Under any circumstances the refund will only be made less the taxes and processing fees charged by the payment gateway.
