For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through domestic courier platforms.
We do not ship products out of serviceable PINs.We will deliver to home or work address in our delivery areas, whichever is more convenient for you. If any order is placed out of delivery boundaries the order will be auto cancelled and the money will be refunded.
Orders are shipped within 4-7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to delivery platforms norms.
Chandrama Art is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company, only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 4 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered shipping address of the buyer at the time of Order. Plantu will be in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
